1. Who we are

D-POAF Platform is operated by INOVIONIX. This notice covers the D-POAF website, platform landing experience and private beta application process.

2. Data we collect

When you request private beta access, we collect your work email, name, organisation and any optional team, role or use-case information you provide. We also process limited technical signals such as timestamps, user agent and IP-derived security data to prevent abuse.

3. Why we use it

  • Process and review private beta applications.
  • Verify that you control the submitted email address.
  • Communicate access, onboarding and service information.
  • Protect the service against spam, fraud and misuse.
  • Measure aggregate site usage only when you explicitly consent.

4. Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage is used for security and to remember your privacy choice. Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you accept analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can reject optional storage and reopen the preference centre at any time from the footer or the button above.

5. Legal basis

We process beta requests to take steps at your request and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure beta programme. Optional analytics is based exclusively on consent.

6. Retention and processors

Beta application data is retained only as long as needed to review applications, operate the beta and meet legal or security obligations. We may use vetted infrastructure and email providers acting under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Security

We use access controls, transport encryption, rate limiting and operational safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, but controls are reviewed as the platform evolves.
