These terms cover the D-POAF Platform request form operated by Inovionix. They do not replace the service agreement or application terms that must be provided before onboarding.
1. Purpose
You may request beta access, propose a B2B pilot or contact us about an enterprise project. Submission and email verification do not guarantee admission, availability or a response deadline.
2. Accurate information
Use an email address you control and provide accurate professional information. Do not impersonate another person or submit confidential information, passwords, API keys or third-party personal data in the free-text field.
3. Review and access
Beta access requires individual approval and identity checks. Credentials must not be shared. The applicable beta limits and application terms are communicated before onboarding. A pilot or enterprise contact is not an authorization to access the beta.
4. No purchase or automatic subscription
Submitting the form creates no payment obligation or paid subscription. Any commercial pilot or enterprise engagement requires a separate agreement on scope, price and conditions.
5. Personal data and messages
The privacy notice describes the handling of your request, retention and your rights. We may send verification and request-related messages. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising or newsletters.
6. Questions and withdrawal
You can withdraw your request or exercise your data rights using the contact details in the privacy notice. Review the separate application conditions before accepting any invitation.
